Welcome to my blog! The purpose of Brittney Breathing is to document my life through healthy living, dog owning and (for now) wedding planning! I have a lot of different interests so not every post will be food or fitness related, but will show how I live my life the best I can. I’m hoping to give you my take on recipes, workouts, traveling, restaurants (in various locations) and my life here in Milwaukee.
I also began training in January 2012 to become a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am excited about my journey & will share some of my insight along the way.
